Dr. Richard “Richi” Krottmayer, Owner of ElevateYou Physical Therapy is a human movement expert as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He earned his doctorate Physical Therapy degree from University of St. Augustine in San Marcos in 2021 and bachelor’s degree from California State University San Marcos. Dr. Richi is a former athlete and avid gym goer, who is knowledgeable in coaching athletics and gym activities. He has multiple years of experience working with a broad range of diagnosis and ages.
Dr. Richi has multiple years of experience in the insurance-based clinic environment, which has lead him to provide 1:1 cash-based private physical therapy. He has seen first-hand through his own experience how fraudulent insurance companies can be, and no longer wants to have insurance dictate the flow of treatment. He wants to help others in the community to have improved health and to elevate community.
Dr. Richi knows what it takes to achieve your goals and elevate your life. He is knowledgeable in blood flow restriction (BFR), scraping/Gua Shaw/IASTM, cupping therapy, manual therapy techniques, exercise consideration, and progressions. He is also persistently pursuing continued education to always provide knowledge and education FOR his patients.
